Potato: 2

Onion: 1/3

Curry: 1 (Japanese curry),

Rice, carrot, seasoner

 Steps:

Ingredients list:

Smoked plum: 100 g

Licorice: 100 g

Hawthorn: 400 grams

Osmanthus, crystal sugar 

Steps:

1, Wash the hawthorn and ebony plum and soak indirect drinking water for 5 or 6 hours. I like to soak for longer, so the cooking time can be shortened

2, After 6 hours of soaking, the hawthorn and smoked plum "faded," and the water became reddish-brown.

3, Add cleaned licorice, sweet-scented osmanthus, and about 1500 ml of direct drinking water.

4, Bring to a boil. After simmering on low heat for 1 hour, about 2/3 of the original water is left. Pour out the sour plum soup, add 1000 ml of water and cook for 1 hour to get a second pot of sour plum soup 800 ml.

5, When it's half hot and half cold, add sugar, and you can also add about 10 grams of salt to taste for a richer taste.
